- In December 1905, under the will of her Aunt, Eliza Eyre (nee Raynesford) Margaret was left Kingshill Mansion, most of the contents of, and the Mansion grounds, Castle Farm and Cottages, Messuages and lands in Bristol, Lands and messuages in the parishes of Dursley and Cam. Horses, carriages, farming and livestock, a hlf share in the New River Company and a leasehold estate in St John's Wood, London.
Margaret also inherited her husband's estate, real and personal, at his death.
